Here are the steps:
1: Exact goal or $ amount
2: What you will give to make goal
3: Definite Date
4: Definite Plan
5: Write a statement with steps 1-4 in the present tense
6: Read aloud 2x daily
Your goals should be:
S - Specific
M - Measurable
A - Attainable
R - Relevant
T - Time Based
It’s imperative that you visualize the outcome, how it would feel to achieve…, as well as what would happen & how you would feel if you don’t achieve the goal… ….Did somebody say “Ouch’?!
